- Connection times vary depending on the pre-provisioning steps nbn has already carried out for your premises. Once the order has been submitted, we will inform you of the installation date.
- Timed calls are billed in 60-second increments.
- The SpinTelNewDeals NBN phone service does not support calls to 19/1900, 0500 and Universal International Freephone Numbers (UIFN).
- If applicable, an early termination fee of $99 pro-rata applies to the broadband service should you cancel within your contract term.
- Data usage is counted in gigabytes, where 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1000 megabytes (MB).
